A wide array of goodies for breakfast. Amicable and extremely friendly staff with good manners.
Kind of rude staff!

Satisfied with the hotel, it's a convenient base for staying in Madrid. The staff is gentle, great. Brand-new and well decorated rooms, free Wi-Fi is a huge plus! The bathroom is clean. Every time in Madrid we stay in this venue.

🌟
We got a king room which was pretty basic but got the job done. the best part was its awesome location - it was super convenient being right next to the metro station. Plus, we were close to all the cool stuff the city has to offer.

I thoroughly enjoyed this modern hotel with its favourable location and helpful staff. the property was very close to many restaurants and Retiro and Goya metro station. - Access to lots of bars and a big shopping center. - Lots of restaurants to eat close by, like La Castela that was only 5 minutes' walk away.

Our family had a fantastic time exploring Madrid, and staying at this hostal was the perfect choice for us. The location is excellent, just a short walk from Parque del Retiro and the metro stations. The room, although small, was well-organized and colorful, creating a cheerful atmosphere for our children. The staff were incredibly helpful, even though they didn't speak much English. And the best part? The price was a bargain for being so close to the city center. we had a wonderful experience as a family at this hostal.
For dads, it would be great if the hostal could have a play area or a small playground for children.

Great location, close to park, shopping district, Wizink centre, and restaurants. Bus to airport 10 min walk. Booked room with private bathroom, small but had everything I needed. Clean, cozy, and host provided all necessities. Good option for affordable stay in nice area. Staff friendly despite limited English. Impeccable cleanliness of room and bathroom. Comfortable and clean room. Accessible location. Despite size, good shower, bathroom, and bed.

The room was clean, well-equipped, and cozy. The location was perfect, with major tourist destinations within walking distance. The receptionist was friendly and helpful. Despite a small issue with the late check-in, the staff resolved it smoothly. I would highly recommend this hostel for a short stay in Madrid.
